Job Title: Full-Time RN – Pediatric Home Care

Location: Woodbury, NJ

Schedule: Saturday overnight available.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to provide exceptional care for a pediatric home care client in Woodbury. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and the chance to make a meaningful difference in a child's life while working in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans alongside the healthcare team and family members.
• Monitor the patient’s condition, administer medications, and perform routine health checks.
• Provide education to families on care procedures and support resources.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities and progress.
• Offer compassionate support to the patient and family, fostering a nurturing and safe environment.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in New Jersey.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with gtubes and trachs highly preferred
• Experience with patients with seizures highly preferred
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• G-tube, trach, and vent experience required.
