What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water, Fire, Storm Mitigation Lead Technician position at 1st Call Restoration?
1st Call Restoration is a fast growing emergency services company that takes pride in helping customer's in need after experiencing water, storm or fire damage. We are looking to immediately hire a hard working Lead Technician for our Tyler location.
Candidates must have water mitigation experience, be responsible, dependable, have good work ethic, good customer service skills, and be willing to work emergency calls on weekend and nights as needed.
Emergency Service Lead Tech
This is an mid level position that requires individuals to provide detailed cleaning and restoration services of clients property.
- Work under the the guidance of Crew Cheif to assist client and lead a crew of mitigation tech's.
- Framing, trim carpentry, drywall and other trade skills preferred but not required
- Must be able to move and life heavy loads
Pay is based on experience and ability to process work efficiently. If successful, there are opportunities for promotions.
