Duties
- Coordinate daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage scheduling for staff and coordinate meetings effectively.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
- Implement budgeting practices to monitor expenses and manage office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including phone etiquette and communication with clients.
- Assist in payroll
- Ensure compliance with medical office management standards if applicable.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in schedule management and administrative tasks.
- Experience in vendor management and budgeting practices.
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus but not required.
