Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Utilize medical terminology to assist clients in understanding their needs.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into the company’s systems.
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
- Document all interactions with clients in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
- Familiarity with medical office operations is an advantage.
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions.

Pay: $19.06 - $25.15 per hour
