As we scale, we are investing heavily in systems and training to ensure operational excellence—and we’re looking for a ServiceTitan Software Coach to lead that charge.
Position Summary
The ServiceTitan Software Coach will be responsible for training, supporting, and optimizing the use of ServiceTitan across all departments, with a strong focus on job costing accuracy, process compliance, and team adoption. This role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and field-level execution, ensuring our team gets the most out of our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Training & Coaching
- Deliver one-on-one and team-based coaching sessions for office staff, field technicians, and managers on ServiceTitan features and workflows.
- Create user-friendly SOPs, video tutorials, and job aids.
- Reinforce best practices for dispatching, timesheets, inventory, job booking, and follow-up workflows.
- Job Costing & Financial Accuracy
- Ensure accurate job costing workflows are implemented and followed.
- Audit job costing reports regularly to identify discrepancies or process gaps.
- Collaborate with accounting/finance to align field operations with financial reporting.
- Optimization & Support
- Continuously evaluate our current use of ServiceTitan to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement new ServiceTitan features or modules to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting and support across departments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, dispatch, accounting, and field operations to ensure alignment on processes and ServiceTitan use.
- Participate in leadership meetings to report on adoption, job costing health, and upcoming initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with ServiceTitan in a coaching, implementation, or admin role—minimum 2 years.
- Strong understanding of job costing principles and their application in ServiceTitan.
- Experience in the trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) strongly preferred.
- Excellent communicator and trainer—able to break down complex tech into simple, actionable steps.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Bonus Skills
- ServiceTitan Certified Administrator
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software integrations
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Change management or adult learning experience

Pay: $800.00 - $1,319.03 per week
