1st Choice Flooring is hiring for a dependable warehouse and secondary delivery driver. You will occasionally be delivering materials to job sites, new homes and remodels. JOB TITLE:

Warehouse/Delivery Personnel I

JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Operations:

• Receiving, processing, labeling, warehousing and distribution of all incoming stock
• Maintaining Warehouse security and locking procedures
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
• Ensuring Warehouse is properly maintained and cleaned

Receiving:

• Verifying all orders for correctness and quality
• Receiving purchased items from Vendors and Suppliers
• Assisting with Truck Loading/Unloading of products
• Verifying all products delivered against the Purchase Orders
• Documenting and missing items per checklist
• Performing inventory tracking when stocking items
• Inspecting all stock for damage and keep records of damages

Warehousing:

• Conducting on-going Inventory Checks
• Using Rack stocking chart and keep it update with each Delivery/Receiving

Distribution:

• Delivering orders to Job Sites and hand stacking materials inside if needed
• Performing Order checks prior to departing the warehouse
• Obtaining required signatures for major deliveries
• Maintaining working/clean condition of fleet vehicles
• Maintaining a safe driving record and insurance
• Working at least two Saturdays a month to staff Warehouse

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma/GED required

Warehouse experience

Basic computer skills

Heavy Lifting - must be able to lift 85 lbs or more

Valid Drivers’ license

Available to work extended hours if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Computer skills: 3 years (Required)
• Forklift: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• CDL (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Rogers, AR 72756: Relocate before starting work (Required)
