JOB SUMMARY:
Encino-based MSP is seeking someone very well rounded, possesses good phone and computer skills, detailed oriented, multitasker to work in a fast-paced office environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide first-level technical support at the Corporate Office and client locations in the LA County
• Hardware and software support on desktop computers & laptops, software applications, printers & scanners, uninterruptable power supplies, IP phones, mobile phones, and related technology.
• Installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals.
•Periodically assist in the maintenance, assessment and testing of servers, and associated network equipment.
• Occasional weekend duties required.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service calls
• Perform all other duties as assigned during downtime such as data entry, filing, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be at least 21 years of age to apply for this position.
• Must have a driver's license/reliable transportation
• Knowledge/Experience in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and general computer skills
• Multitasker Team player and morning person
• Dependable and organized, pays attention to details
• 1-2 years of technical support experience
OFFICE HOURS:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
