1st Choice is seeking passionate and dedicated Child Support Contact Center Representatives to join our team in Livonia, MI. You'll play a crucial role in supporting families by providing accurate and timely information about child support payments, modifications to orders, and medical support for children. What you'll do :
Answer inbound calls from custodial and non-custodial parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding child support payments, modifications, and medical support.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information based on state regulations and agency policies.
Resolve issues and concerns with patience and empathy, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
Document calls and track progress to ensure efficient case management and follow-up.
Collaborate with caseworkers to address complex inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on child support policies and procedures.

Qualifications :
High school diploma
1 year - 2 years of experience in call center.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism.
Additional Information :
Business Hours : 8 : 15 AM - 5 : 15 PM (8 hours shift in between)
