Do you enjoy office work and organizational tasks? We are seeking individuals that are confident with computers and have exceptional customer service skills when interacting with customers. Reservation Specialists provide booking and reservation services through phone calls, emails and online platforms.
Reservation specialists are the first line of communication between our lodging and outdoor activities guests. Reservation Specialists will be expected to provide exceptional customer service when communicating with our customers. Responsible for communicating with our customers/guests via phone, email, and booking engines and should be able to communicate accurately in all forms of these kinds of communications. We only get one chance to make a first impression so make sure that it starts as soon as we pick up the phone.
Salary: Starting at $10.10 an hour depending on experience
Shift: This will be based on scheduling needs.
