**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills.
**Duties:**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Conduct data entry to update customer information accurately
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and loyalty
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages is required
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques
