- Educate customers on pest issues and recommend customized treatment plans.
- Keep accurate service records and comply with industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to propose suitable products or services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Experience
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities effectively.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work alongside various departments within the organization.
- Background in service is beneficial but not mandatory.
