Overview
A Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is a sales professional primarily responsible for generating new leads, qualifying potential clients through proactive outreach and lead nurturing, and setting appointments for the sales team by contacting inbound and outbound leads, ultimately aiming to funnel qualified prospects to the real estate agents for closing deals; their key tasks include prospecting, cold calling, lead follow-up, and appointment scheduling, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively search for new leads through various channels like online listings, market research, expired listings, for-sale-by-owner properties, and cold calling.
- Lead Qualification: Screen incoming leads and qualify them based on their needs, buying intentions, and readiness to engage with a real estate agent.
- Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain consistent communication with leads through follow-up calls and emails to build rapport and address any concerns.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule qualified leads with the sales team for property viewings and consultations.
- CRM Management: Utilize a customer relationship management system to track lead activity, manage follow-up sequences, and maintain accurate data.
- Sales Scripting: Effectively use pre-written sales scripts to guide conversations and qualify leads during calls.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
