Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding property listings, viewings, and negotiations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Manage property listings and marketing efforts to attract potential buyers or renters.
- Provide guidance on real estate law and regulations to ensure compliance during transactions.
- Organize property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers or tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service; prior experience in real estate is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.

- A valid real estate license is required; candidates must be willing to obtain one if not already licensed.
