Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guiding them through the buying process.
- Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about real estate laws and market trends to provide accurate information.
- Organize property viewings and manage administrative tasks related to transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven sales experience in real estate
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Excellent negotiation and marketing abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with property management and real estate law
- Organizational and administrative experience in a real estate setting
