Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
- Conduct market research and develop marketing strategies to promote listings effectively.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring they are informed at every step.
- Manage property listings and ensure all documentation is accurate and organized.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven sales experience in real estate
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Proficiency in marketing strategies to promote listings
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Familiarity with property management and real estate law
- Organizational skills and administrative experience in real estate

Pay: $112,859.00 - $124,110.00 per year
