Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate deals and market properties.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws.
- Manage property listings and maintain organized administrative records.
- Leverage multilingual abilities to assist a diverse clientele and enhance marketing efforts.
- Foster relationships with clients to build trust and encourage referrals.
Qualification :
- Holding a valid real estate license (Agent or Broker)
- Completion of the 75-hour real estate course (If you're currently enrolled, you're encouraged to apply)
- Welcoming applicants with any level of experience, including beginners
- Availability for full-time commitment to training and client interactions
