- Oversee the company’s internal audit processes and work with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs and growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Provide financial analysis and due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive experience in financial services, particularly in factoring, inventory finance, purchase order financing, and international trade finance.
