We have three branches located in Sparta, West Salem, and Tomah, WI.
The position we're looking to fill is a Full-time Member Service Representative I (MSR I) in our Sparta office. This position works with our members financial needs and will provide you with the foundation of the credit union and prepare you for future opportunities within the organization. You will assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, debit cards, credit cards, change orders, and additional duties. We provide you with the tools and training on how to develop business relationships with new and existing members to educate them on products and services that will fit their needs. Once you have learned the MSR I position, we want to continue your career progression and work you into a Member Service Representative II (MSR II). As an MSR II you will have the opportunity to assist new and existing members with opening new savings, checking, certificates of deposit, individual retirement and business accounts. We work in a team environment, have an extensive training program, and encourage collaboration and open communication. You will have regular contact with all employees of the credit union. This position is the face of our credit union as you're typically the first point of contact coming into the branch and the last point of contact as our members leave. We're looking for an individual that likes to work with people, enjoys helping others, has attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
