We have three branches located in Sparta, West Salem, and Tomah, WI.
We're looking to fill a Student Member Service Representative (MSR) position in our West Salem location. This is a part-time 10-15 hour per week position. As a Student MSR you would be responsible for greeting and welcoming members, perform transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, and verifying check endorsements. We will teach you how to develop business relationships with new and existing members to provide them with products and services that will best fit their needs. You will perform additional requests and duties within the hours you work. You would be responsible for working after school until 5 : 30pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 8 : 00am-12 : 00m. We work in a team environment, have an extensive training program, and encourage collaboration and open communication. You will have regular contact with all employees of the credit union. This position is the face of our credit union as you're typically the first point of contact coming into the branch and the last point of contact as our members leave.
