1stEdge is seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will play a vital role in developing and integrating cutting-edge solutions using AI / ML technologies for use in a virtual test-bed environment. You will be instrumental in creating solutions for a 1stEdge in support of our prime contractor working a Department of Defense Operational Test & Evaluation program. This position is on-site at 1st Edge LLC , located in Huntsville, AL.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following tasks :
- Participate in small, fast-paced group using Agile processes in DevSecOps environment
- Develop AI based solutions for use in a modular framework that supports multiple cognitive algorithms and logic flows
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and integrated product team stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into virtual test and evaluation environment
- Follow best practices to architect and integrate solutions in framework developed across our team of industry, government and university partners
- Assist with development of a cognitive framework that is scalable to support future enhancements
- Provide reports and briefings on AI / ML model performance to industry and government partners
