Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Document Control Specialist to join their team in Fayetteville, AR. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing, developing, and maintaining documents for the Performance System, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements. The Document Control Specialist will oversee the lifecycle of documents, from creation and revision to distribution and archiving, while also training staff on document control processes. This role is critical for maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Documentation : Collaborate with process owners to develop and structure documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper usage of control tools.
- CPS Structure Maintenance : Maintain and manage the CPS structure as a vital feedback system for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Partner with Continuous Improvement, EH&S, and Operations teams to issue, track, and revise documents in compliance with company standards.
- Document Archiving : Scan, organize, and archive documents, adhering to lifecycle procedures for both active and inactive records.
- Customer & Product Issues : Analyze customer concerns and product challenges, offering recommendations to plant staff and management to address and resolve issues.
- Backup Support : Act as the primary backup for a process lead, ensuring seamless operations in their absence.
- Project Participation : Contribute to special projects or teams to address unique challenges or implement process improvements.
