We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for a position in Fort Smith, AR. Key Responsibilities:
· Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
· Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to conduct repairs and installations.
· Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
· Collaborate with other team members and departments to maintain operational efficiency.
· Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage.
· Assist in maintaining the functionality of boilers (if licensed), though this is not a requirement.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in industrial maintenance and equipment repair.
· Proficiency with hand tools and repair techniques.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Boilers license is highly preferred but not required.
