Key Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective document control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records, including revising, reviewing, and writing policies, SOPs, and other documentation.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure that all documents are up-to-date, compliant, and easily accessible.
- Conducting internal audits to validate document control compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Providing training and support to staff on document control procedures and best practices.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Document control experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 2-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing setting.
- 2-5 years of experience managing a document control system.
- Familiarity with supplier management databases and internet research tools.
