What You’ll Be Doing:
Matching Talent with Opportunity – You’ll recruit, interview, and place job seekers into great roles. Your goal? To help people find long-term, stable employment that fits their skills and goals.
Building Strong Relationships – You’ll be the bridge between job seekers and employers, ensuring a positive experience for both. When they win, you win!
Creating Recruitment Strategies – Use job postings, social media, career fairs, and community outreach to find the right people for the right jobs.
Providing Support & Coaching – Guide job seekers through the hiring process, help them with onboarding, and offer encouragement along the way.
Learning & Growing – We provide all the training you need, so you can build a strong foundation in recruiting, HR, and workforce development.
What You Need to Succeed:
No Experience Required – Just a willingness to learn and grow!
Basic Computer Skills – If you can navigate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), you’re good to go.
People Skills – You enjoy talking to new people and have a knack for making connections.
Bilingual? Huge Plus! – If you speak more than one language, you’ll be an even bigger asset to our team!
