The Regulatory Compliance Officer at 1st Employment is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO, FDA, and other industry regulations through audits and inspections, and driving continuous improvement in laboratory operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, technical expertise, and leadership skills to manage laboratory personnel, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and other industry regulations through audits and inspections.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable laboratory results.
  • Collaborate with laboratory personnel to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor laboratory data to identify trends and resolve potential issues through corrective and preventative actions.

Laboratory Operations:

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance.
  • Supervise and mentor laboratory personnel, providing training and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain laboratory safety protocols and ensure efficient operation.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Generate accurate and timely reports on laboratory activities and findings.
  • Communicate critical quality trends and insights to management and stakeholders.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
  • Proven experience in laboratory operations, quality management, and team leadership.
