We are seeking to hire an Experienced Dental Receptionist /Assistant Manager to join our Burr Ridge office full-time. Responsibilities:
- Welcoming/checking in patients and processing new patient registration
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Collect payments and verify insurance
- Review treatment plans with patients
- Create a positive experience for all patients
Qualifications:
- Experience with Eaglesoft program preferred
- Previous experience working in the dental field is required!
- Bilingual is preferred
- Overachieving attitude and enhanced customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
Work Schedule:
Full-time; Monday- Friday (please view our website for business hours) with Saturday availability (9am-3pm) required; so staff are given another day off during the week.
