This internship is for someone looking to learn real estate and finance, with an emphasis on residential construction. The goal is for interns to learn real estate and determine if they are potentially a longer term fit for BFI. Day-to-day job responsibilities will be varied and based on the immediate needs of BFI. Potential work is likely to be focused on compiling and underwriting property and borrower due diligence. The work environment is collegial but demanding.
Qualifications:
Education: Students must be enrolled in a degree program from an accredited university. Please include GPA with resume submission and any other school and standardize testing scores you feel relevant.
Experience: No experience required although preference given to those with real estate experience.
