The Financial Services Representative assists both new and existing customers in the lending process. Salary:
The estimated hourly range for this position is $15-$20.50 per hour, with uncapped monthly bonus opportunities.
About the Role:
- Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner
- Market new loans to existing and new customers through solicitation calls
- Educate and upsell customers on all product offerings, including loan options and insurance products
- Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility
- Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collection calls
Requirements:
- Customer service mindset
- Experience with sales and/or customer service
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
- High School diploma or equivalent
