Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee and manage our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience, be a quick learner, and possess excellent multitasking abilities. You’ll wear many hats and play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative duties to support dealership operations.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing, and company policies.
  • Address and manage customer complaints with professionalism and follow-through.
  • Assist with legal documentation and coordinate with legal professionals when needed.
  • Maintain records, manage office supply inventory, and organize internal documents.
  • Hire and train new administrative staff and support onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate across departments and help streamline internal communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within the automotive industry is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and legal document handling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office and dealership software (e.g., DMS).
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hiring or supervising administrative staff.
  • Familiarity with NH DMV regulations and dealership operational requirements.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
