Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee and manage our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience, be a quick learner, and possess excellent multitasking abilities. You’ll wear many hats and play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Manage day-to-day administrative duties to support dealership operations.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing, and company policies.
- Address and manage customer complaints with professionalism and follow-through.
- Assist with legal documentation and coordinate with legal professionals when needed.
- Maintain records, manage office supply inventory, and organize internal documents.
- Hire and train new administrative staff and support onboarding processes.
- Coordinate across departments and help streamline internal communications.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the automotive industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and legal document handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office and dealership software (e.g., DMS).
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hiring or supervising administrative staff.
- Familiarity with NH DMV regulations and dealership operational requirements.
