WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Verifying jackpots and filling out paperwork
- Responsible for customer relations.
- Performing minor repair to slot machines
- Handles customer relations and minor customer disputes
- Ensures the safety and security of all guests and employees
- Other duties as assigned.
- Use of screwdriver, hand-held radio, and other slot related supplies

- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Walking/Standing 65%
- Bending/Lifting 30% (up to 75 lbs.) - Sitting 5%
- EDUCATiONAL REQUiREMENTS
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Six months experience in slot field preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses as determined by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for the position.
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledgeable of basic slot machine functions.
- Ability to read simple instructions.
- Ability to do some troubleshooting.
- Ability to complete slot-related paperwork with a minimum of errors.
- Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
- Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
