Are you a skilled problem solver with a knack for fixing things? We are looking for an AC Maintenance Technician to join the team at our Lakes of Chateau North apartment community in Kenner, LA to provide excellent service to our residents and to help keep the community running smoothly!
The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing repairs, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various appliances, as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move ins.
Maintenance Technician duties include but are not limited to:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
- Responding to resident service requests with a smile
- Keeping the property in top shape with preventative maintenance
- Working alongside a great team in a fast-paced environment
What we are looking for:
- Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of basic repairs and troubleshooting
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work on-call as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be certified to work with refrigerant
- We can assist with testing and certification.
- Tools, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- We can assist with tools purchase if needed!
