Description
We are adding a Content Designer to work with our talented and creative Marketing Team.
As the Content Producer, you will:
• Produce diverse and engaging digital content for websites and social channels, including video, photography, graphics, audio and multimedia that support the day-to-day marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Storyboard, self-shoot and edit video content and manage and create photo content and graphic content for the company’s various platforms including social media pages.
• Create and organize video content tailored for different platforms and purposes such as websites, social media, community TV screens, and quarterly meetings.
• Conduct virtual tours of communities, including video shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Take photographs for company functions, resident events and social media photoshoots.
• Attend after-hours events and be available for real time posting/engagement
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
The most important skills and qualifications you can bring to this position include:
- Having a passion and understanding of content production and the importance maintaining brand standards throughout designs.
- Strong understanding of various digital content formats such as graphics, photography, audio and multimedia.
- Proficient in using digital media tools and software such as Adobe creative suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field also preferred.
