Description
1st Lake Properties is adding a part-time Assistant Manager to work with our team of Property Management professionals at our 103-unit, market rate apartment community in Jefferson, LA: The Shadows apartments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information about the property and available units to potential tenants
- Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to prospective residents
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding leasing and rental information
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and manage follow-ups
- Prepare leases and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining resident files
- Coordinate with property maintenance team to address any maintenance or repair issues reported by residents
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry and file management
- Familiarity with leasing contracts and property management processes is a plus
