1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for an Training Assistant located in our R.H. Scott branch office, just outside of the gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, MT. Responsibilities include , but are not limited to, the following :
- Supporting the job activities of the Trainer.
- Assists Trainer with staff training and development programs and needs
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions
- Develop, maintain and find solutions for instructional best practices and meeting the needs of the credit union
- Assisting with new hire onboarding experiences
- Evaluate and identify training needs throughout the credit union which includes detailed research, problem solving, databases, various reporting and filing
- Additional duties as assigned by the Trainer.
