We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and growth-minded Social Media Manager to take our digital presence to the next level. This is a high-impact role with room to grow, collaborate, and make your mark in the health and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Design graphics and branded assets using Canva
Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts
- Manage scheduling, content planning, and engagement using tools like Hootsuite, Later, or Planoly
- Create and manage paid ad campaigns in Meta Business Suite (Ads Manager) including boosting, targeting, and campaign reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to grow our podcast guest list, YouTube presence, and influencer partnerships
- Travel to occasional events to capture content, interviews, and behind-the-scenes media
- Work with or hire contract video editors and content creators as needed
- Track analytics and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Help support product and service launches through compelling content and campaigns
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
- Strong proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Experience launching and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Experience with Google Ads management is a plus
- Experience growing a podcast or YouTube channel is highly desirable
- Ability to travel occasionally for content creation and event coverage
- Bonus: You have a network of freelancers/editors you’ve worked with for video production
