We are hiring for a full-time/ part-time office position. We are looking for someone who is caring, dependable, compassionate, takes initiative, and has office/homecare experience. This position responsibilities include: greeting customers, answering phones, meeting clients in their home or facilities, scheduling assistance, processing applicants, assisting with staff orientation, setting up interviews, clerical duties, staffing, assisting in our everyday operations, filling in as a caregiver when needed, participating in events, and etc.
We are looking for someone who has a professional appearance and demeanor. Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively through oral and written communication.
Must be willing to be a emergency caregiver. A emergency caregiver is being able to work last minute shifts if we can't find a replacement as needed. ( On a temporary basis).
We need someone who is dependable and honest. Must be a team player and willing to do what’s needed to get the job done. Must be readily available at any time if needed.
1st Priority Homecare must be your primary job. We are a growing business looking for someone who is willing to grow with us.
Must have strong management and leadership skills. Must be reliable.
Healthcare experience is a PLUS!!!
Responsibilities
- Scheduling – Expertly match Caregivers with Clients based on experience, skills, personality, and availability to ensure coverage for all assigned shifts;
- Customer Service – Follow-up communication with clients/families/ staff to ensure customer satisfaction;
- After hours On-Call duty as needed
- Complete tasks in the field such as supervisory visits
- Participation in daily office tasks such as answering phones and emails;
- Create and File employee records
- Auditing of files
- Emergency caregiver
- Direct and lead on specific projects as assigned.
- Any other assignments or duties given by the Administrator.
1st Priority Homecare is a local owned company. We provide 24/7 In-Home services to the elderly and disabled.

This hours for this position is somewhat flexible. Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm ideally however, Part-time hours are also available. (Occasional weekends and On-call rotation.)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Experience performing clerical tasks
- Experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, and emails, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
- Scheduling/ Staffing experience
- Caregiving experience is a plus
- Must be willing to be on-call occasionally.
- Must be willing to fill in for shifts when needed.
