HOW YOU DRIVE SUCCESS:
As our Construction Project Manager, you oversee projects in your territory, fostering relationships with customers like insurance adjusters, business owners, and homeowners to ensure repeat business. You estimate projects, follow established policies and procedures for profitable and successful completion, and collaborate with production managers, job coordinators, and production teams for high-quality service. Adherence to insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and customer SLAs is crucial. You also identify, hire, and develop technicians and fellow project managers, manage billing-related duties, support a culture of excellence, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements and documentation requirements. Additionally, you maintain required training and certifications, complete on-call duties, and facilitate feedback and the collection of necessary documents, photos, and CRM notes.
This position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM.
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of reconstruction project management experience
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
