POSITION SUMMARY:
Processes and prepares loan documentation related to renewals and extensions of commercial loans. Coordinates and communicates with appropriate loan coordinator and loan officers. Provides high quality ‘WOW’ customer service to internal and external customers. Review of loan documentation after closing to ensure timely imaging and accuracy of final loan files. Assists in ordering title and appraisals. Utilizes core operating system and the Laser Pro documentation system. Work is performed under limited supervision, incumbent applies judgment, and decision-making is based on learned and written procedures/guidelines.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be skilled in Microsoft Office Products, with the ability to learn banking software.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Prepares and processes loan documentation in accordance with credit approval.
- Oversee the imaging of funded loan files, ensuring quality control.
- Assist in gathering and verifying supporting documentation (e.g., title policies, permits, insurance).
- Loan closing tasks may include title reviews, flood determination, appraisal orders, escrow setups, and UCC searches. Assists in collecting data to clear title.
- Update system records and perform post-funding reviews to ensure file accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with loan coordinators and loan officers to resolve issues.
- Reviews requests for changes and/or waivers to certain loan documents and conditions within scope of authority.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial or construction lending (origination, processing, closing, and/or servicing).
- Basic knowledge of relevant regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Background in accounting or financial services preferred.
