POSITION SUMMARY :
Provides excellent service and support as an integral part of the Deposit Operations team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
Effectively prioritize internal and external requests, building strong relationships between operations and the entire BankProvide excellent customer service, delivering support and answering internal and external inquiries by phone and emailProfessional oral and written communication skills and follow-up when corresponding with employees and customersGeneral knowledge and understanding of Check and Wire Team tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to :Processing domestic / international outgoing / incoming wires
In-clearing and deposited check review and processingRisk and fraud review of accounts, transactions, and deposited itemsMaintain tracking logsDemonstrates a strong attention to detail in all daily functions and the ability to perform the same daily tasks without losing focusSupport Branches and internal departmentsWire related research and inquiries
Check related research and inquiriesAbility to understand and execute risk assessment processesAssist manager with research and projects related to Deposit Operations products, processes, and proceduresReview current processes, make recommendations for improvementAdheres to 1st Security Bank's Core Values, policies and proceduresCross train to perform other functions in Deposit Operations as requestedOther duties as assigned.PERKS AND BENEFITS

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and manage competing deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.Must be detail-oriented while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and flexibility in performing tasks.Must be able to embrace and quickly adapt to change as a result of internal, market or regulatory policy changes.Strong team player with excellent communications skills.COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software.
