POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for daily courier activities (making pick-ups and deliveries) in a proficient and timely manner for 1st Source Corporation.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Travels by company vehicle to pick-up mail from bank facilities and delivers to the Operations Center for processing.
- Delivers inter-company mail and supplies between facilities.
- Performs pick-up and delivery of mail by accurately following a map and / or written instructions.
- Stocks paper in computer room and various locations at the Operations Center.
- Maintains accurate records of retrievals and deliveries.
- Services vehicle driven, such as checking fluid levels and replenishing fuel.
- Assists in sorting interoffice and company mail in the Mail Center.
- Assists in processing outgoing mail to the USPS.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with state and company standards by operating a vehicle in a safe and lawful manner and following company guidelines in the event of an accident and / or injury.
- Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
EDUCATION
High School Diploma / GED required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel to all locations.
