Duties
- Install flooring materials, fixtures, and other components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installations.
- Perform remodeling tasks as required, including demolition and construction.
- Buff surfaces as needed to achieve a polished finish.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installation activities.
Skills
- Proficiency in flooring installation techniques.
- Experience in remodeling projects and fixture installation.
- Ability to read and understand schematics for various installations.
- Knowledge of buffing techniques for surface restoration.
- Familiarity with the restoration industry practices.
- Strong maintenance person skills with a focus on construction estimating.
