We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Executive Director to lead our assisted living community in Indianapolis, IN. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about senior care and dedicated to fostering a high-quality, resident-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide strong leadership and operational oversight of the assisted living community.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents, families, and staff.
Oversee budgeting, financial management, and community operations.
Lead and support a team to ensure exceptional resident care and satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain high occupancy and strong community reputation.
Qualifications :
3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare, senior living, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in senior living (assisted living, memory care, or independent living).
Strong knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements for assisted living communities.
Proven ability to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and team development.
Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
