Job Description :
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to join our team. The Home Health Aide will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, monitoring their health, and providing companionship.
Responsibilities :
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary monitoring.
Provide light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques.
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects.
Accompany clients to medical appointments and other outings.
Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
Qualifications :
Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA).
Previous experience in home health care or related field is a plus.
Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
