Key Responsibilities :

Efficiently manage phone communications, including data entry into the EMR system and promptly responding to voicemails

Organize and maintain patient records, assist with prescription refills, and secure prior authorizations

Take vital signs, prepare specimens for urinalysis, and support various patient care tasks across multiple clinic locations in Las Vegas

Schedule appointments and ensure smooth patient flow, optimizing clinic operations

Qualifications :

Medical Assistant Certificate or Diploma

Bilingual in Spanish is required

Experience with appointment scheduling is essential

Ability to travel between practice locations within the Las Vegas area
