We're looking for a passionate and experienced Medical Assistant to join our private Pulmonology practice in providing top-notch care for our adult patients. If you're someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves to multitask, and is prepared to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do :
Back-office focus : Room patients, take vitals, assist with procedures
Triage & submit orders : Stay organized and keep the patient flow moving smoothly
Be a step ahead : Have patient charts ready 2-3 days before appointments to keep everything on track
Collaborate : Work closely with a dedicated team of providers to ensure high-quality care

Patient Demographics : Primarily adult patients
What We Offer :
Compensation : $17-$22 per hour
Benefits : 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, and Holidays
Work-Life Balance : Monday – Friday schedule (no weekends!)
Who You Are :
You have Pulmonology experience or 5 years in a fast-paced outpatient setting
You’re well-organized and can manage a busy schedule with ease
You love to multi-task and thrive under pressure
You’re eager to contribute to a team that’s committed to providing exceptional patient care
