Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct well visits, sick visits, chronic care management, physicals, and immunizations.
- Provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, primarily ages 20-40, with a small percentage of younger and older patients.
- Manage walk-in patients with a positive attitude and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred!
- Experience: At least two years’ experience in outpatient family care required; 5 years’ experience preferred
- Positive Attitude: Must be comfortable interacting with patients and providing excellent customer service.
