Key Responsibilities:
• Perform venipuncture on patients in SNF, assisted living, and home health settings
• Ensure accurate specimen labeling and data entry in the EMR system (web-based, training provided)
• Provide exceptional care to patients, focusing on comfort and safety
• Manage patient flow and travel to various locations within the Springfield area

Who We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Phlebotomist
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
