Position and Location : RN Manager – Aesthetics Clinic Near Long Beach (Seal Beach, CA 90740)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Compensation : $100,000 - $120,000 per year (DOE, negotiable)

Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN Manager to lead our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual with a background in aesthetics and proven management experience. As the RN Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional patient care, and a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Management : Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of staff; manage team performance, handle scheduling, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Payroll & HR Oversight : Supervise payroll processes, manage employee timecards, and execute hiring and termination decisions as necessary.
Operations : Ensure the clinic runs efficiently by maintaining daily operations, managing supplies, and implementing procedures to enhance patient and team satisfaction.
Patient Care : Provide hands-on support with treatments as needed and ensure all procedures adhere to best practices and safety standards.
Compliance & Quality : Maintain compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulations.
Qualifications :
Education : Active RN license in California (in good standing).
Experience : 4-5 years of experience in the aesthetics field (injectables, lasers, skincare treatments, etc.).
Prior management experience, including oversight of scheduling, hiring, and payroll processes.
Skills : Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with aesthetic products, devices, and treatments.
Proficient in managing clinic operations and ensuring patient satisfaction.
