We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Vascular Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Vascular Technologist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and monitoring patients with vascular conditions, ensuring the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform a variety of non-invasive vascular procedures, including but not limited to, Doppler ultrasound, duplex ultrasound, and ABI (ankle-brachial index) testing.
- Conduct accurate and thorough assessments of arterial and venous circulation, identifying abnormalities and contributing to patient diagnoses.
- Assist physicians with vascular procedures, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and prepared for use.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records, including test results, medical history, and patient observations.
- Provide compassionate patient care, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment for patients undergoing diagnostic testing.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to discuss test results and contribute to treatment planning.
- Stay current with advancements in vascular technology and diagnostic procedures, maintaining certifications as required.
