Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to analyze situations effectively. This role is also responsible for processing returns which involves repairing and packaging product.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze customer inquiries and issues to provide effective solutions.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance.
- Handle outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Assemble and disassembly products and assemblies
- Problem solve and deescalate customer issues
Experience
- Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
- Strong office skills including proficiency in data entry and use of office software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience with email and point of sale systems is a must
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous or current experience with hand and power tools is a must
- Forklift experience preferred
